If you've ever worn liquid lipstick, you know that a little goes a long way. While one swipe of the color-saturated liquid is typically sufficient, sometimes, if you're looking for a little something ~extra~, you'll throw on two coats. Most people stop at two coats, but not Youtube and make up artist, who dared to see what 100 coats would look like.
There's a lot to take in from this video, but the key points are that Mayra owns over 50 liquid lipsticks and applying 100 coats took over eight hours. The end result is, frankly, as thick and gross as you'd expect, but it's pretty mesmerizing to watch her dutifully apply layer after layer.
You'll never be tempted to try that third coat ever again.
